MedMen WeHo wants everyone to be able to shop with us, online and in our West Hollywood store. We’re committed to making medmenweho.com accessible to people with disabilities and to improving the experience for every visitor.


Our Standard


We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities.


What We’re Doing


  • Using a clear heading structure and descriptive page titles.
  • Adding text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Making sure the site can be navigated by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Checking color contrast for text and buttons.
  • Labeling form fields and buttons so screen readers announce them clearly.
  • Designing pages that work when zoomed up to 200% and on mobile devices.
  • Testing with automated tools and manual checks, including screen readers, and fixing issues as we find them.


Third-Party Content


Some features, such as our online menu and ordering system, are provided by third parties. We work with these providers to improve accessibility, but we don’t fully control their content. If you have trouble with any part of ordering online, call us and we’ll take your order by phone or help you in store.


In-Store Accessibility


Service animals are always welcome. Our team is happy to read product labels and descriptions aloud, bring products to you, explain options in detail or help in any other way that makes your visit easier.


Just ask any staff member when you arrive.
