These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://medmenweho.com (the "Site"), operated by MedMen WeHo ("MedMen WeHo," "we," "us" or "our"), a licensed cannabis retailer at 8208 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046 (California license C10-0000421-LIC). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use the Site, or 18 or older with a valid medical cannabis recommendation where permitted. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We check valid government-issued photo ID for every purchase.
2. Cannabis Laws and Responsible Use
Cannabis is legal for adults under California law but remains illegal under federal law.
Don't take cannabis across state lines or onto federal land.
Don't drive or operate machinery under the influence.
Don't use cannabis in public places, including streets, parks and most hotels.
Keep cannabis away from children and pets.
Cannabis may cause impairment and may be habit forming. Edibles can take up to 2 hours to take effect.
3. No Medical Advice
Information on the Site and from our staff is for general education only. It isn't medical advice and isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to a healthcare provider before using cannabis, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition. Our products haven't been evaluated by the FDA.
4. Online Orders and Pickup
Online orders are reservations for in-store pickup. A sale is complete only when you pick up, show valid ID and pay in store.
Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice and may differ slightly from what's in store. We'll let you know if an item is unavailable.
Prices shown may not include applicable state and local cannabis taxes, which are added at checkout.
Orders must stay within California's daily purchase limits.
We may cancel or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed legal limits or can't be verified.
Orders not picked up by closing time on the day they're placed may be canceled.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Because of California cannabis regulations, all sales are final. If a product is defective, such as a vape cartridge or battery that doesn't work, bring it back with your receipt and original packaging within 7 days of purchase and we'll exchange it for the same item or one of equal value, subject to availability.
6. Promotions and Rewards
Deals, discounts and rewards are subject to their own terms, may change or end at any time, have no cash value and can't be combined unless stated. One offer per customer per visit unless noted. Promotions are void where prohibited.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and your information accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to buy for resale or for anyone under 21.
- Provide false information, including false ID or age information.
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or use bots or scrapers without our permission.
- Copy or misuse content from the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to MedMen WeHo or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only. Brand names and logos of products we carry belong to their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our online menu and ordering are provided by a third-party platform, and the Site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free or always available. Product descriptions, potency figures and effects are provided by manufacturers and labs, and individual results vary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MedMen WeHo and its owners, employees and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless MedMen WeHo and its owners, employees and partners from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes here and update the effective date. Using the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
