Where is MedMen WeHo located?
We're at 8208 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046, just west of Crescent Heights and close to the Sunset Strip and Melrose. Get directions here.
What are your hours?
Every day, 9am to 9pm, for both walk-in shopping and express pickup.
Can I use cannabis at the store?
No. California law doesn't allow on-site consumption at our store or in public. Enjoy your purchase at a private residence.
What ID do I need?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you're 21+, such as a driver's license, state ID or passport. Medical patients 18–20 also need a valid medical cannabis card or recommendation.
Is this a recreational or medical dispensary?
We're primarily an adult-use recreational dispensary, so anyone 21+ with valid photo ID can shop without a doctor's recommendation. Registered medical patients 18+ are welcome too.
Can I shop here if I am visiting from out of state?
Yes. Any valid U.S. state ID or a passport works, and you don't need to be a California resident. Cannabis can't legally cross state lines, so enjoy it or leave it behind before you head home.
How much cannabis can I buy per day?
California allows adults to buy up to 28.5 grams of flower, 8 grams of concentrate and 6 immature plants per day.

Can I visit more than one dispensary in a day?
Yes, but the daily limits apply to you, not to each store. Once you reach the cap, every licensed store has to decline further sales until the next day.
Can I return a product?
All sales are final. If your product is defective, please contact us here.
What products do you carry?
Flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, tinctures, topicals and accessories from a wide range of California brands. Browse the menu.
I'm new to cannabis. Where should I start?
Start low and go slow. Smoking or vaping usually takes effect within minutes and fades in a couple of hours. Edibles and tinctures can take 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in and last much longer, so wait before taking more. Our budtenders will walk you through doses and product types.
Can you help me find a strain for a specific effect?
Yes. Tell us whether you want energy, focus, relaxation or better sleep, and we'll suggest strains, terpene profiles and formats that fit.
Do you carry limited releases?
Yes. Ask about new arrivals and small-batch flower from independent California cultivators. Our team knows what just hit the shelf.
